During this unprecedented time of restricted social interaction, reliable and robust broadband that supports virtual interaction has become even more critically important. We know you have a lot on your mind right now, so we’ve come up with a few ways to try to help you out, including:




  • Postponing non-pay service suspensions until further notice. We want our customers focused on their family’s health and welfare during this time.  
  • Late fee waivers for those in need. We expect the next few months may be hard on our consumer and small business customers, and waiving late fees for those customers in need is the least we can do. Just give us a call or email us to request a waiver. 
  • Free upgrades to our Gigabit broadband service. Customers needing more bandwidth for virtual classrooms, telecommuting, or an extended Netflix binge can upgrade for free until April 15th.*  
  • Ready to respond to our communities’ needs. We are prepared to respond to any charitable need for free broadband accessibility where technically feasible or any other ways we can help, just let us know.
*Subject to service and resource availability.  As always, service can be downgraded at any time without penalty, after 6 months standard rates apply.
